What if I'm not happy with the work?

Your payment is held in escrow and only released to your mentor once you approve the completed work. If there's a disagreement, you can open a dispute and our team will review the milestones, chat history, and deliverables before deciding on a refund or partial release.

Can I get a refund?

If a mentor doesn't deliver the agreed milestones, or a project is cancelled before work begins, you're eligible for a refund through the dispute process. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay.

Every project includes a live walkthrough so you can explain your design decisions and code in your viva. We recommend checking your department's specific guidelines on external mentorship before starting.
