Refund policy

Your payment is held securely in escrow and only released to your mentor once you approve the completed work.

If a mentor doesn't deliver the agreed milestones, or a project is cancelled before work begins, you're eligible for a refund through our dispute process. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay.

To start a refund request, open a dispute from your project workspace or contact support@mentorbuild.com.
